Chris and Carmen Otto, along with thier family, spent over two year in Romania. While they were there they started "A-Concrete". It is a construction business that employees several Romanians and assists in the building of many projects. The main goal was to help mission organizations in the constructing of projects. A-Concrete has been blessed to help construct several homes for those in dire need, as well as a school at an orphanage and living quarters for missionaries. A-Concrete is still an active company that is run by one of our previous employees.
